ABSTRACT:

 With the increasing growth in the number of industries and the competitive run for the trophy of perfection and profit, these industries round the globe are in the lookout for a roof to exhibit their products in the most  convenient, profitable and successful means. Chambers of Commerce and Industrial Associates around the world conduct expos or large trade fairs and exhibitions with the aim of promoting their products and companies. The organizers face a huge amount of effort in conduction such large scale expos. Nevertheless organizing such exhibitions not only give companies good exposure but also servers to agree upon big deals and agreements with other corporate or potential clients

SCOPE:

The word  ‘EXHIBITOR’ means the person, company, firm or other organisation to whom space at the Exhibition has been Allocated by the Organisers and, in relation to any term or condition, shall include employees, contractors, sub-contractors,servants, agents, licensees or invitee of the Exhibitor. Application for booth space must be made on the Booth Application Form provided by the Organisers. The Exhibitor will be notified of the hours of installation of exhibits, removal of exhibits and the official opening hours of the Exhibition in the Exhibitor’s Manual.

OVERVIEW OF EXISTING PROJECT:

Existing system can be used to access only Fixed booths. Even though if we can access more than one booths at a time, we couldn’t do online purchasing,That days only used for the get the ticket from Ticket counter.Previouly all shops and tickets format can be used didn’t use userfriendly.

OVERVIEW OF PROPOSED SYSTEM:

Proposed System can be used to access booths allocated  Dynamically for year to year.We have implement to the Ticket purchase Through online.All shops and IDcards,EntranceTickets also can be used for the computerized format.Company can be registered Application Form through online and then booth allocation can be obtained from through online format.

 MODULE DESCRIPTION:

1. Authentication :
2. LOGIN:

Login is the first module of the project. The login page helps us to navigate throughout inside the website. The login page is found as a link in the home page of website. After logging in, the user is provided with different links like booth allocation, profile maintenance. This login consists of two sub modules namely

• Registration.
• User Authentication.

 

• REGISTRATION:

The registration page consists of various fields like username, password, email id and mobile number. These data are stored in the database and these data can be retrieved from the database when the login page can be accessed for the new users to navigate throughout the website. The username should be of alphabetic characters. Password can be of any character of user’s type. E-Mail id must be a valid e-mail of any prototype website.

• USER AUTHENTICATION:

User Authentication is the main page for logging inside the website. This link is provided in the home page of the website. It consists of the username and the password field through which the user can login. The system checks with the database details already registered for the new user when the submit button is clicked. It thrives the user to the success page if the details provided are correct. Else the user is thrived to the error page to make user provide the correct details already registered. This page also allows the user to transact to the registration page in case of undefined new user.

2.Profile Maintenance:

 In this module, It maintains the profile of both company , Visitor of the exhibition, information like mail id, contact no, etc

3.Booth Allocation:

 In this module , Admin will Allocate the booth in the exhibition by Specifying

Number of Feats, Booth name, Amount for the booth ,etc

4.Assigning Booth:

 Booth Allocation can be obtained which booth permitted to the registered companies. Booth allocation form can be used which booth previously allocated or not. Select the particular booth and then display the particular booth amount.

5.Ticket Reservation :

Visitors can get the ticket from online.Ticket can be give the Ticketno, Name, showTiming. It mention free specility for the Exhibition Show. Noted to the all information and the conditions.

6.Free Ticket Process

Company has been provide for the two free ticket tokens.Any two company person to enter the Exhibition through free ticket option.Booth member also include the free ticket option only.

7.Ticket Cancellation:

In this module, the user can cancel the reserved ticket and the repayment process is done, amount will be credited to user account

8.Payment Process:

 Payment Transaction can be obtained the Payment type,

Holdername, creditcardnumber, ExpirationDate all those information user

Give all the information and get the selected booth.
