Online Benefits Processing for Migrant Workers

ABSTRACT:

Benefits’ Processing for Migrant Workers is a real time web application System.  The main objective of this project is enrolling migrant workers to United States in various insurance schemes, personal accident coverage, pension schemes and other area. With several migrant workers especially in high technology area coming over to us to carry out fairly long stints at work the client organization don’t spend too much figuring out system and doing research on which schemes would be suitable for employee where mw comes into picture. They have complete knowledge about all schemes and migrant workers

                      Each client a company would get a user id, password, which can be used by the personnel department of client organization to communicate employee lists with specific names and details. Acknowledgements would be automatic and the clients would put up processing status. Our application provides a highly responsive system that will enable clients in different countries communicate internet based systems using asp.net with backend of   SQL server.

EXISTING SYSTEM:

Previously the work of enrolling migrant workers to different kind of benefits is processed through postal service and courier service. But now the work was made simpler after the launch of Midwest inclusive

PROPOSED SYSTEM:

The main objective of this project is enrolling migrant workers(who are going to United States and United Kingdom) in various Insurance schemes, personal accident coverages, pension schemes and other areas through online.

The main motto of this website is to cultivate   easiness for client to perform his task

ADVANTAGES OF PROPOSED SYSTEM:

• Time Saving: The system is self-explanting and does not need any entire sophisticated training. A system has been built by concentrating on the graphical uses interface concepts, the application can also be handled very easily with a novice uses. The overall time that a user needs to get trained is less than 15 minutes.
• Money Saving: Its a costly process to send a person to gather information about the benefits provided by every organization. The company has to spare lot of money to recruit a person .So client company approaches the Midwest website which is very economical process
• Security Oriented: This website is very secured because every module has got its own user id and password
