ABSTRACT:

Web Enabled Estate Management System or Property Management System is a user friendly contact and property manager for real estate professionals. Save time and sell more by empowering to easily keep track of leads, manage listings, and market to new prospects.One of the most important steps in running a successful real estate business is effectively managing contacts and farming leads.

EXISTING SYSTEM:

In Existing system the system has deployed a manual process for estate management. Applying & Submission of estate management etc all are done manually. The system is not transparent to the outside world. Thus, the system needs to be automated.

PROPOSED SYSTEM:

This project is aimed at developing online real estate agent system that is of beneficial to either a real estate agent or a prospective. The Web Enabled Estate Management system is a We based application. This system can be used to store and search the property portfolios.

ADVANTAGES OF PROPOSED SYSTEM:

In this system each schedule can be tracked from the start till the end of the Project cycle.
User friendliness is provided in the application with various controls.
The system makes the overall project management much easier and flexible.
Readily uploads the latest updates and allows users to interact.
There is no risk of data mismanagement at any level while the project is being developed.
It provides a high level of security with different levels of authentication.

MODULES DESCRIPTION:

A registered person should be able to
Login to the system through the first page of the application
Change the password after logging into the system
See his/her property portfolios
Create new property portfolio
Modify an existing property portfolio.

A property portfolio contains details about the property like description of property, area, to be sold or to be rented, approximate price, name and details of the person to be contacted.
Details in property portfolio are editable except property id.
A new realtor should be able to register himself.
When a new property portfolio is created, it will be assigned a unique property id. System will generate this id.
System should not let unauthorized/non-registered persons to create/modify property portfolios.
Another realtor cannot modify property portfolio created by a realtor.
A prospective buyer should be able to search for the property. S/He can enter search criteria like area name, price range, sell purchase/rent etc.
