Cooperative Society Accounting System

ABSTRACT:

The Cooperative Society Accounting System undertaken as a project is based on relevant technologies. The aim of the project is to develop software for cooperative society accounting system. This project has been developed to carry out the processes easily and quickly, which is not possible with the manuals systems, which are overcome by this software. This project is developed using C#.net language .Hence it provides the complete solution for the current management system.

EXISTING SYSTEM:

In the Existing System, the Cooperative Society Accounting are executed manually without any support of computer system. The Accounts are organized and supervised by manpower. Much manpower is involved in the Accounts managing by means of scheduling, conducting and collecting information’s.

PROPOSED SYSTEM:

In the Proposed System, the system generates a number of types of reports that can be then used for various managerial and administrative purposes. Cooperative Society Accounting is a management system that is designed to improve accuracy and to enhance safety and efficiency in the Calculation and Managing Accounts. This program can be used in any type of Cooperative Society having a database to maintain. It is a computer based system which helps the loan issuing, loan repayable process to improve accuracy of calculation and improve the speed, etc. This System allows the Authorized person to access the all details of the members Account Details
