ABSTRACT:

Enterprise Resource Information System (ERIS) is a computerized solution for recruiting agencies and software consultants. This application maintains electronic database comprises of job applicants, workers and employers. User of this system can create and access details of all the information using advanced GUI screens comprises of menu, bitmap toolbars, status bar and many more. This is an Intranet application, which is used by a consultant to maintain his clients and employees status and schedule interviews for applicants. The Project is divided into three modules.

The first module is used to maintain Applicants, second deals to maintain the status of employee like at which client, he is working and third module deals with various clients. Reports are generated finally for the convenience of the consultant.

Maintaining the information regarding all employees, components and computers at single or multiple locations give raise to many problems like:

Difficulty in retrieval of data in desired manner.
Checking the uniqueness wherever it is required.
Availability of information in this manner is subjected to damage.
Providing security is also difficult.

PROPOSED SYSTEM:

The main objective of computer resource management system is to provide an automated system to maintain the resources of the company.
To provide a user authentication and different interface depending upon the type od user logged in.
To provide a user friendly and multi-user interface for handling the application.
To provide maximum level of security for the data.
To provide the necessary reports to various users in time.

MODULES DESCRIPTION:

APPLICANT MODULE:

Applicant module maintains the applicants’ details. In this module we enter all the details about the new applicant, we search for the existing applicants, we addtechnical skills and interview details of the new applicants. In this we are also maintaining resumes of the applicants.

EMPLOYEE MODULE:

Employee module maintains all the details of the employee. In this module we enter the details of the new employee and also search for the existing employees. This module can access only for admin, Project Leader and Project Manager.

CLIENT MODULE:

Client module deals with various clients. It maintains the client details and requirements of the applicant i.e., job order .In this we are maintaining status of the job i.e., closed, open or pending

Previously this application was manual. And it has been difficult for the maintenance of all the details of the applicants, employees and clients. But now after the development of this application the whole system has been automated, the data about the applicants, employees and clients has been stored in the database.
